Mr. Pratt attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro for his undergraduate degree and received his law school education at Wake Forest University.  He currently serves as the attorney for the City of Brevard.  Mr. Pratt has been practicing law in Brevard for Ramsey & Pratt for over 30 years.
